4 stars (Not bad, not bad at all) - Okay So this isn't Halo, but it isn't half bad, I bought it on an impulse, I was really going for a sports game, but it turned to be a good desicion, Sulu can be annoying but all in all the action isn't bad, and for people who actually like Star Trek it is fun. I like the Wraith fighters, and the unpredictable objectives. All in all it ain't bad. Thx 4 stars (The true voice) - I found that this game was very enjoyable. It was original in the world of star trek. The controlls could have been better but were acceptable. It also could have benifited from a co-op mode, but overall it was a great game. 1 stars (Whoa what a mark on Star Trek gaming) - Im not really sure what this drivel is. This has to be the worst concept for a game I have ever seen. There is no way, a fan of Star Trek developed this game. Had to be some goofball who enjoys pitiful flight simulators. Stay away from this title. ... 5 stars (Microsoft Xbox) - So your looking at buying an xbox? here is the experience i have had with mine: I have had my xbox for a year and a half with no problems, well, i mean there was a frozen screen every now and then. but it was very rare.because of xboxes great graphics chip and CPU it can play the same quality game as the ones you can find on you PC. (which is better than the PS2 and Gamecube). The design of the xbox is a little bulky, but at least it looks kinda cool. In the past people have complained about faulty DVD disk drives. what they say WAS true, you see, Microsoft has made a NEW xbox system for the same price of 150. they made this system in march 2004.I have had my NEW xbox versian since it came out in march. and i have had no problems what so ever. and for the one person who wants 3 good games for the xbox..well here they are! Halo 2 (not on computer) Star Wars Nights of the old republic 2 and fusion Frenzy... thats only 3 but i can go on for days naming games like: Starwars republic commando, burnout revenge, half life 2, battlefront 1 & 2, KOTOR, project gothem 1 & 2 that are all good. one reviewer said that it is cheaper to buy a computer??? .... most computers cost around 500 dollars to get a decent one about the same quality of an xbox! and computer games arent 2 player unless you have more than 1 computer! so if you want to play xbox halo 1 2 player then you buy an xbox (150) and 1 extra controller (25) and halo (20) so that adds up to about 200 for a computer halo 2player you need 2 300 computers (600) 2 DIFFERENT disks of halo 1 (40) 640 so here is your choice... play halo1 2player with a computer and spend 640 or get halo1 for xbox 2player and spend 200. the choice is yours. xbox holds more power than ps2 AND gamecube put together (well almost as much)! the xbox comes with 4 controller ports and a BUILT IN network adapter. Yes, with xbox live you pay 30 bucks a year.....but you can join clans talk to eachother play anyone... 2 stars (Management) - This is a brilliant game -- conceptually. The problem is squarely with the owner of the company. Somewhere he/she trusted a core developer. You've got great EVERYTHING, art/concepts, everything except programming. You WANT this game to succeed. But game drags and the problem is in the game core. It's irritating to the extreme trying to do anything. The agents move faster than the mouse and I have a 1.6 Ghz machine! They insist that you buy hardware to make up for their bad game core! We can only hope that the game is bought by another company, dumping the boss and his tech friend, and is rewritten in a form that actually works. Or, of course, if you have a 64 meg graphics card, and whatever else the game needs to make up for it's core failures, then you can enjoy it's genius. 1 stars ( Evil Genius is possibly the buggiest program since WindowsME) - I got Evil Genius from my local retailer, and it seemed like a unique concept, but to say that it has a few bugs is like saying Michael Jackson is only a a little bit white. It seems to install fine, but when you try to play the game, it restarts my PC. Ok, so I un-installed it, and tried again only to have same problem. I F-Disk and re-install windows and make sure all of my drivers are up-to-date... try again and still same problem. We were told to "wait for the patch", which we patiently did, but still the same issue. The people who were lucky enough to actually get into the game, found a slew of other bugs. My local retailer would not take the game back due to the "opened software policy" and the folks over at the Vivendi technical boards act as if they could care less, so I guess I am out $30. I never thought I'd say this about ANY software.... but this makes Windows ME look like a programming masterpiece. I have since used my Evil Genuis cds as a doggie chew-toy, because that's about all it's good for. 3 stars (Fun at first yet....) - Fun at first yet the gam...
